VPC AGENT

The VPC Agent application is compatible with Windows: XP, Vista, 7 and 8 operating systems. It uses the Windows login mechanism by which the information is retrieved by the name of the logged in user account.

VPC Agent application observes, what agent is currently logged into the Windows system, and this information is sent to the TRX recorder. The recorder associates specific agent login with a particular phone line or with IP address of VoIP station (only certain systems) and records all agent calls on the personal virtual channel.

Every agent (user) shall have its own user account on TRX recorder. Each particular agent must be able to monitor physical channels, which will be used in call center. Recorder's login for each agent shall be the same as login which he uses to login into Windows on PC at the agent station. At the time when the agent's account is being created on the recorder, it is required both to change the Authentication mode option into Windows account and assign a private virtual channel to the user.
